-My "Life Without Lights" series has been selected for the nightly screenings at Visa pour l'Image 2010 in Perpignan, Fance. At the moment, it's scheduled to be shown the night of August 30th. I will be in attendance.

-June 14th - I joined the VII Mentor Program. For the next two years, photographer John Stanmeyer of the VII Photo Agency will be my mentor, and VII will distribute an archive of my work. View the press release announcing VII's new members here!

-I've been traveling village to village in northern Ghana with filmmaker Alicia Sully and Peace Corps Volunteer Leader Allison Terry. -Awarded a grant from The Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting to continue documenting Ghana's Kayayo, a class of thousands of young girls who migrate from Ghana's barren north to find work in southern cities. I will be working on this project throughout March and April. View project page or blog posts.
